The front desk ladies were extremely rude and did not make anyone feel welcome when we walked in. She had a straight face the whole time and we had to call the front desk on the phone multiple times to even get her to come out to the desk. Just very rude.

It was advertised as having a whirlpool tub and there is none the shower had no hot water and there was no heat in the room, told lady at front desk she offered to move me to another room she then gave me the master key to the entire hotel to go check the room alone and when I entered the new room at 11:45 to check the room there was someone already in the room who proceeded to try and attack me upon returning to front desk and trying to explain to lady what just happened to me she began to get very nasty with me for her not following policy
