Positives:
The only thing I liked at this property was that the bed slept well and the breakfast was good. The front desk agreement Jonathon was very sympathetic to our issue with the banging and someone outside my window and said he would forward that info to the manager. The location was decent for where I needed to be.
Negatives:
The place was under construction which would've been nice to know during the booking process so it was extremely dusty and stuff all over the floors. The front desk let us know when we walked in that our room could be missing things because they were putting rooms back together. She told us if the water was brown when we first turned it on to let it run because the water had just been restored.The bed wasn't connected to the base so it kept sliding off. The next day we were woken up to banging and then shortly after there was someone directly outside our window on a scaffold painting. I could've opened rhe window and said good morning which was very unsettling. I left thinking the room would be cleaned when I returned but it wasn't and there were no fresh towels in the room either. I had to go downstairs to the front desk myself after working all day because there was no phone in the room to try and get clean towels. There was a sign saying they were away so I decided to call the hotel number while standing in the lobby and they appeared in seconds. I asked about housekeeping and she said it was only 2 days unless requested, again something else not disclosed. Overall I wish I was able to change hotels.

No one was there fir 2 hours to check us in, I called the police, the police came then called the manager, we had a two night stay, and was told we would get a major discount. They charged my card for one night, once we got home they charged for the second night. I will never ever stay at this location ever again!! The manager should be dismissed!
