I could hear everything the neighbors were doing and they kept slamming the doors and yelling. The water pressure was really low and the shower wasn’t hot enough and the tv was extremely too small to really watch anything.

Yes: 1) non- smoking room had smoke smell, 2) bathroom sink was smelly, 3) bathroom fan did not work, 4) light at entrance door flickered, 5) light at table did not work, 6) staircase between ground/first floor to second floor had awful cigar smell.

I made a reservation and paid for it and the hotel did not have a room when we got there. We ere there on time.

They did not answer questions about why the room was not available.
