About This Property
Located across from the Virginia State Capitol, this Richmond hotel features art, photography, furniture, accents and décor that create a Richmond experience. Very unique and large rooms. Beautiful bathroom. It was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Richmond. The people at the front desk and valet guys were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
We had a bad experience with the waitress in the restaurant. She was dreadful . I have a feeling this was her usual approach to her job so we won’t be the only guests to have dealt with her. It ruined our visit. I don’t think it would be fair to give a bad review for the hotel based on this one employee.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location could not have been better.
Negatives:
The hotel restaurant was terrible. Food was overpriced and looked like it was cooked and prepared by a 7-year-old. (No offense to 7-yr-olds.)
