I love the facility. It is clean, the staff is great, good water flow in the shower, and the hotel is in a really good location, 5 minutes from downtown Roanoke. I enjoyed the bar. The view from this property is tremendous.
Negatives:
I would have liked an included continental breakfast. The food is excellent, but it isn't cheap. My biggest complaint is the cable system. The picture was consistently pixilating, but even worse, they do not include multiple sports channels that I like. Examples include The Golf Channel and FS1.

Bed and pillows were the absolute worst. Why would a nice, new hotel put the worst beds and pillows in their hotel? Such a nice place. Very clean and breakfast was good but cold. I felt like I slept on the floor all night. The pillows looked so fluffy but when you layed on them they went completely flat. The location is great and it's very clean but who can sleep. I have other plans soon to visit the area but can't stay here. The bed is the most important part of a hotel.
