Positives: I arrived at 23:30 (delayed arrival at Dulles Airport from Istanbul). I had written to you earlier of an expected delay. You responded that the property acquiesced. However, they cancelled my reservation! Fortunately they arranged one in a comparable Hyatt about50 KM in the opposite direction of my travel. Thus I didn’t arrive until 01:00 in 4 October. The night clerk in Sterling Hyatt (my original destination) was helpful, even offering bottled water and a cookie.
