The staff was very inviting and to mention that the outdoor pool was closed at our location when we first got there. The other hotel next door (same brand) let us use theirs.
Negatives:
It's not a deal breaker at all, however, the breakfast sandwich items are not that good and twice were labeled incorrectly.
