Negatives: The weight room was not open, but it was under remodeling. Not a big deal considering they are getting ready for the summer season.

Negatives: No water in the pool despite it being Memorial Day weekend. Key card to room didn't work, which sent us to the lobby twice before we could get in the room. No batteries in the TV remote. Fire alarm went off at 11:30 pm and no announcement or room check to tell us it was false alarm. Key card didn't work again after breakfast so had to make trip to lobby again. Several ice machines not working on different floors. Carpet in hallways could use a good vacuuming.

Negatives: Ask for clean service never received. The sheet for my bed we're dirty. I had to go downstairs for towels. Everyday and toilet Tissue twice. Because I had children with me. I chose the hotel because they had a pool. The pool was never open. I had to pay the hotel next door just to use the pool.. This hotel was a waste of my money in my time. I would never stay here again.And I wouldn't tell my enemy to stay here either. The pillows were dirty. and no good.. After sleeping out on the pillows and the bed.My back and neck were hurting because the pillows were so flat and the bed was hard

Negatives: Details in the cleaning, the staff not very friendly although willing to help, the pool was not available.

Negatives: The room was extremely hot. We had a hard time sleeping. And we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work

Negatives: Very outdated and there was mold in the bathroom. It needs a lot of repairs and maintenance.

Negatives: Pool and gym advertised but out of order. Staff not very friendly, more interested in taking private calls on their phones

Negatives: The bathrooms are a little outdated, the sheets could have been cleaner. The staff were friendly but our room keys kept Messing up

Negatives: The desk clerk was disinterested and acted like she was bored. Greeted us after we spoke first and acted like she didn't want to be there. The room was dirty. The hallways were filthy (container of spilled fries laying in the hallway for two hours but there was a sign beside it so mgmt. Was aware). Dirty sheets. I had to pick long hairs out of the bed before I could lay down.

Negatives: Lady in the breakfast area was rude. Property is extremely run down. Carpets in hallways are nasty. I had to switch rooms 3 times because they were dirty and nasty and the A/C didn’t work. Housekeeping does not wipe anything or vacuum.
