Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Bellevue - Factoria

Negatives: Requested a room on first floor. Didn’t deliver. Said breakfast was included, there was none

Negatives: Check-in was more difficult than most places I have stayed, and I travel often. No breakfast - break in the supply chain somewhere; however, it was easy to pick up what we needed at the nearby grocery store.

Negatives: Dirty room no customer service

Negatives: Check-in was painfully slow and the fellow in front of me was almost finished when I arrived. At least 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing in the room: no coffee maker, utensils, proper ceramic cups to heat the water, no lotion. Good thing I brought my own tea as I awake early. Muffins were stale and they only had chocolate. We stayed here 2 years ago and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. No extra pillows in the room.

Negatives: I sat in the lobby of the Extended Stay of America in Seattle Bellevue on Main St in Bellevue WA. I was unaware that there were two different Hotels in the area with the same title name, Seattle Bellevue and one is Seattle Bellevue Factoria.I rented

Negatives: the room smells really bad and they will not change it for us we cant even sleep in it + the mattresses were upside down, and we had to figure it out why we are sleeping on springs, and we had to move them. The staff were not helpful at all.

Negatives: That the front desk staff wouldn’t allow me to check in and they were completely disrespectful towards me & with it being the holidays I can’t believe how poorly I was treated.

Negatives: I have used booking for many years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I had a 16-hour flight from Rochester to Seattle. I arrived at the facility around midnight and they didn't let me in although I had a booking confirmation and showed it to them. In the middle of the night, after a long flight, they didn't let me in! So, I took another Uber and tried to find another hotel to sleep in. After this incident, I called them more than 4 times and described that the situation wasn't my fault at all and requested to get at least my money back, but they didn't pay attention. They told me there had been an issue between Booking and this place, so my name wasn't updated in their system to let me in. Then, I emailed their manager, no response! Not only you didn't let me and my wife in but also charged us the full price! I described this at least to 3 of your employees. At least have the courtesy to apologize.

Negatives: The GM was extremely unprofessional and demaning I'm a travel nurse of 16 years and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. A complaint was made to corporate. Hotel employee soon after called 911. To have me removed.

Negatives: Room was not well-kept. Bathroom in particular had dirt/mold in shower and floor grouting. I needed pet-friendly lodging, but I'd really have to be desperate to stay at an Extended Stay America property again.
