Thin walls... can hear neighboring guest as if they are in my room. We had very very loud people staying in the room adjoining mine, who carried on until 1am. It NOT the hotels fault here.. but it's the only thing that was unpleasant about my stay.

It was a perfect location for us within 5 miles of our family. Our room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. Appreciated the longer hours, especially over the weekend.

It's location - just a mile away from my family. The willingness of the front desk clerk to find a more appropriate room for me - see below.

Initially I was given a room on a lower floor at the very end of this very long hotel. As a woman traveling alone, I was uncomfortable with this. After returning to the front desk, they gave me a room on the main floor. I had to move my luggage twice.

That the hotel charged me $84 for "damaging" towrls when they said they used the laundry soap and it didn't get out. When you get out a shower and dry off is it always clean? I'm pretty sure they don't change the top comforter on the bed every time

They illegally forced me into a dog friendly room. Even after I pointed out to them it was illegal to do so. I was reassured that the room had been deep cleaned. I had dropped the remote to the TV and when I laid down on the floor to get it I noticed that not only was under the nightstand filthy, but there was pills under there as well. I politely informed the front desk about the situation and was assured that the room would be cleaned. That night when we returned nothing had been cleaned
