Staff were unfriendly, was rudely rushed to leave pool room exactly at 10 pm in a rude tone while staff hovered over our lounging area. Overall front staff was unfriendly and uncomfortable vibe. Sadly, my family and I will not be staying at this location ever again.

Needs the option of vending machines. Was told they sold snack at the front desk by a worker but when I went to the front desk they said they didnt even though they clearly had open boxes of sodas and chips in plain view behind the counter.

Negatives:
Check in gal at the desk was nasty, very unpleasant with us. Carpet was dirty, mildew all along shower base, large sticky spots on carpet, smelled of mildew. Breakfast ends at 9 instead of 0 like most others. Many Kids running up n din the halls with barking dogs chasing them both mornings, door slamming. Just not a good experience either day.
