I booked and prepaid for the room through Booking.com. Upon my arrival at the hotel, they took my credit card for incidental charges. When I checked out, the paperwork did not show they had charged my credit card for the room. The only charge was for the $50 deposit, which was refunded a few days later.
When I returned home, I checked my credit card statement and saw that my credit card had been charged for the room, even though it had already been paid for through Booking.com. I called the hotel and was told the charge would be reversed within a few days. It never was, so now I’m disputing it through my credit card company.

The housekeeping tried to enter my room while I was in the shower. They began opening my door until I started yelling even though there was the “do not disturb sign”. After yelling not to come in, they tried to come in AGAIN and started yelling AT ME. I told them I was not dressed and they still kept arguing with me. I felt super uncomfortable and I called the front desk. No apology was given and the front desk was super rude.

The room was fairly spacious and had some nice amenities. The bar/restaurant area was pleasant and there were lots of people in there. The shuttle was timely and quick to the airport for our early morning flight. We left our car in the parking garage during our trip and paid an outside party for the privilege - it seemed secure and well lit.
Negatives:
The front desk got backed up a few times. The driveway is easy to miss and on a busy street.
