The rooms were clean. Location is convenient. Although close to freeway and rail line, the rooms were quiet.
Negatives:
Staff were unfriendly. There was often no staff to be found anywhere while lines formed at the front desk. Then they seemed inconvenienced by the presence of hotel guests. Didn’t know how to do basic check in/out tasks. Took a long time to complete even simple requests like purchases from the snack center.
They charge extra for parking but there’s no where else to park and they don’t inform you of the charges at booking.

Infuriating that the TV does not have a station guide. Therefore, you must go channel by channel to find anything and one never knows what channel you're on. Went to the front desk to get a guide. They didn't have one.

Needed a place to stay for medical visits in Seattle. This was a 15 minute easy drive plus the hotel has a pool and a hot tub. Gated and secured parking that had electric car charging stations.
Negatives:
Onsite parking was more expensive than what was stated in the listing.

Breakfast was great and the staff that clean the hotel were very kind

Staff at the front desk were very unfriendly and very unhelpful. We had someone knocking on our door harassing us for two days and we were fearful. Front desk staff phoned us saying we were being too loud at 3 in the afternoon and we were taking a nap. My family was terrified. It took the hotel 2 days to remove this crazy person to a different room. This man affected 3 other rooms. The neighborhood was scary and police with drawn rifles were at the metro down the block and we had to run back to the hotel. It felt as though we were trapped and had to get takeout.
