Could use some refresh.
Staff although being very friendly and helpful, at the time of check in didn’t inform us that the room cleaning was upon request.

Positives:
The location is very convenient if you are looking for a hotel both close to the piers and the city’s main attractions. The Max hotel is an attraction in itself if you are into music and Seattle’s music history and the decoration illustrates just that. The rooms we got were big, and so were the bathrooms. We booked two double rooms and they had the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! Also, the staff was awesome, communicative and helpful when needed. I would definitely choose this hotel next time I’m in Seattle!
Negatives:
I have no complaints.

No tea or coffee facilities in room. Walls are quite thin and can hear people next door.

It's a nice boutique hotel
Positives:
Very hip boutique hotel with authentic original artwork and a great vibe. The staff was excellent, kind, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great, in easy walking distance to the light rail, streetcar, and Monorail at Westlake Center. Straight walk to Pike Place Market up Stewart Street. Free coffee in the morning and free local beer happy hour. Nice toiletries and amenities in the room. Comfortable beds!
Negatives:
Small rooms, but it was built in 1926, so it is what it is.

Great
Positives:
Loved the location and staff including valet. This hotel is located walking distance to all things you would want to see in Seattle. So helpful understanding and professional while being warm and friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Very very clean. Hotel is definitely charming boutique.
Negatives:
Built a long time ago and updated to try and fit 2024. The room we had was a bit tight for us and we are smaller in stature. Bathroom was updated but tight. Fine for us but might be small for others.
