The room was spacious, the hotel itself inside needs a face lift, lots of stains on the hall and lobby carpet.
I use to work at a hotel as a housekeeper and can tell no manager is going in the rooms to make sure it is cleaned to standards. No attention to detail.

The room was ok. The bed was fairly comfortable, I liked the bathroom.
Negatives:
There was a stain on my pillow. I couldn’t get any hot water in the morning, so I called the reception to ask for some help - they said they would send a maintenance man. I waited 25 mins and nothing happened, so I called to find out what was happening and the lady on reception just hung up the phone on me. I wasn’t rude at all, I was perfectly kind and polite. So I decided I had to take a cold shower. I was getting a flight that day and didn’t want to be late. So cold shower it was. Then when I got to reception, the lady (young girl) told me that the shuttle bus to the airport had a flat tire, so they had no shuttle, and I could wait or get an Uber. The biggest reason I booked the hotel was so I could get a free shuttle to the airport. But it looks like they only have one shuttle, And with a flat tire it is totally out of commission! So I had to book an Uber for $30 for a 5 min ride to the airport. There was no kind of apology or acknowledgement that it was an inconvenience the girl on reception just said “what do you want me to do about it!”

Worst hotel staff ever experienced!
Negatives:
Your email said that the shuttle bus quit running at midnight so I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for $29. When I got to the hotel I found out they run 24 hours a day so I could have saved $29.
