Positives: A perfect location adjacent to the UW Seattle campus. Well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Nice amenities (including coffee and cookies every afternoon). Friendly staff.

Negatives: The rooms are somewhat small, as are the bathrooms, but they are still more than adequate. On the smaller side, but not unusually so for a hotel in a pretty central, urban setting, at least in my experience.

Positives: Bedding was exceptional - the "European" style bedding (as described on the flyer in the room) is very neat and is also what I am used to, which is actually quite rare in America. Everything on the bed was fluffy, warm, organized, clean, and pretty. Heating worked extremely well, which is critical in a cold city like Seattle. Room was clean and staff were highly professional and helpful. I feel really fortunate to have stayed at University Inn and it made my time in Seattle more pleasant and memorable.
