The staff at this hotel were excellent! The customer service is above average and they really make you feel appreciated! The security of the hotel was also excellent.
Negatives:
The hotel is not located in the best area of town. While the hotel goes above and beyond to ensure a safe comfortable stay, it's just not a place you can go outside and walk around and feel comfortable.

This hotel is a fantastic find. The staff are incredible. Hotel employee, on day shift went above and beyond to assist me while I was staying for multiple days and hotel employees always greeted me by name when I came back at night. True bonus is the gym.

Fence. Room was good. Breakfast stayed open til 9:05.

Homeless. Walking to and from the Onion Bar in the dark was like a zombie apocalypse, like a scene from the Walking Dead.

The staff's customer service was some of the best I've experienced in sometime.
Negatives:
I know other reviews said something about homeless people but I believe that situation is much better, there's a police remote viewing station nearby and it seems to have had a positive effect.
