Much of the facility was cold and unkempt, appeared to be lack of staff, stayed 5 nights and saw room service once, front desk was often left unoccupied found out later they needed to cover other duties due to lack of staff

The floor coming off the elevator was pretty dirty. The carpet was very stained, but all in all looked like it had not been vacuumed for days. Making it look worse than it was.

Positives:
I have to be honest, I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Negatives:
My family and I did not feel safe. The person working the front desk didn't know how to check us in (long wait) and several drunk men approached my children in the lobby. There was endless sound outside all night. Stains on the sheets. Everything was bad.
