Positives:
Rooms comfortable; even though I would have liked a view of Mt Rainier like we did on our first visit (when they first opened up), we at least had a view of the mall. Love that it's close to the airport and next door to the mall, close to Costco. I like they don't have valet parking anymore but at times, parking looked scarce. Liked they started complimentary breakfast; food was ok.
Negatives:
I have been to many hotels that serve complimentary breakfast, Hotel Interurban needs to visit those hotels. The staff would best serve the customers to refill the drinks and clean the tables if they were not passing out plates. It would be even better all around if the drinks were self serve and one person was at the hostess stand to hand out the plates. We had to wait to get drink refills, even to the point, we had to go to them staff to ask for refill. They also need to reconfigure the seating area and use part of the lobby for more seating.

The location was great, room was large and modern. Bathroom was top of the line, even had a weight scale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so good! I was only going to get coffee but when I saw the food I had to try. Excellent!
Negatives:
Only two things I didn’t like. The furnace was a bit loud and came on randomly, but was fine once you get used to it. Parking was awful! Luckily I got a parking spot up front but had to drive around. The side lot was full so only other place I saw was way in back, dark covered lot. Only door is front so glad I didn’t have to walk that at night. Other than that I would definitely give it a 5 star. Would stay here again. Suggestion would be to have a shuttle to take to mall, since its so close but not really within walking distance.

The room was super small. When you walked into the room it was suffocating with the smell of chemicals and had to keep the window open all night which made me cold, the blankets were super thin. The shampoo and conditioner was poor quality. Everything was disappointing

Nice newer facility, close to Southcenter Mall.
Negatives:
Breakfast buffet was late being set up. Staff wouldn't even let people in to choose a table, then insisted that I sit at the bar instead of a table because I was dining solo. The dining room was less than half full. Then the eggs were cold and the sausage was so overcooked I couldn't cut it with a table knife. Booking.com did not mention that there was a $15 parking charge. Had to park way behind the hotel and then carry bags all the way back to front entrance, as there is no back entrance to the building.
