Very pleasant and comfortable.

Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in people were very nice. I would advise others, if they are light sleepers to try for a top floor as the floor/ceiling noise between the floors can be loud at times.
Negatives:
The morning front deck person (female, long dark hair) was just THE WORST. The hotel was full of kids for some sports event. In our 60's and still Covid-vary, we went down just before 7:00 to eat breakfast quickly before the small space filled with kids and families. I do understand breakfast starts at 7:00, but do not put the hot food and waffle mix out so early if someone from the deck is going to angrily shout, "Breakfast don't start till 7:00!" and be all bitchy if we just wanted coffee and fruit and toast. Letting someone eat a few minutes early is not going to cause more work, cost more money, use up more food or more plates or more anything. We were not causing a problem and I NEVER want to be yelled at across a room from a front desk clear over in the lobby again in my life. There are other ways to communicate.

Positives:
Loved the view and balcony, access to walking path. The bed and bedding were comfortable. TV was good size.
We arrived late and left early, so not have a lot of time at property.
Negatives:
The food was not appealing. I usually eat healthy and low carb, low fat. We went out for good coffe and real half and half when we left.
At late arrival the desk clerk was overworked with three people in line and the phone kept ringing.
