Walking in, my father had his oxygen on, and some gentleman was just puffing away on his cigarette RIGHT NEXT TO THE ENTRANCE DOOR. So he had to walk through his smoke to get in the building. IT WAS SO RUDE!!!

Beds were very uncomfortable and heard next room snoring all night and ppl above us walking around. Then after checking out and leaving they tried to charge my card an additional 250$ which I declined then another 100$. Because they said my wife smoked in the room.. which she didn't not, they simply aren't trustworthy and got pissed off when I left a bad review on google.. lots of other hotels, don't stay here
