Ran credit card even tho Booking.com said card wouldn't be ran until arrival. Only 1 elevator working. First set of key cards didn't work; clerk explained they had old locks that you had to swipe fast 2X or jiggle the handle. Shower curtain rod was loose, causing it to hang down, causing the curtain to pool in the middle, getting entire bathroom soaked. Wallpaper peeling off wall in bsthroom, floorntiles cracked and grout dirty gray. Woke uo by continous construction, wirk truck beeping.

Your Breakfast attendant is amazing! She is the sweetest and most caring individual. She did a great Job handling the food and cleaning and was very personable and considerate of everyone there.

I didn't like the hot tub experience. As soon as I turned on the jets, it smelled like urine or beer. It was very overwhelming; I got out immediately and showered.

Too many local residents loitering.. Lots of apparent drug activity as well. Our first room had a clogged toilet and visible damages to the room as soon as we entered so we had to request one with a functioning toilet. not pleased with my inability to use the pool as several families had come to visit a family that WAS staying in this hotel, and they came only to use the pool and weren’t guests of the hotel.
