The location of this hotel was ideal for the purposes of my trip, which happened to be shopping this time. The mall was in walking distance and any type of store needed was available in the immediate area.
Negatives:
The hotel itself looked and felt old. The front desk/lobby, hallways and elevator are all very small and dark. The staff were great though and the hotel rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean.

The breakfast lady was very nice.

We were sent to 4 rooms before we the clerk went to look for an unoccupied one that stuck so bad it was in my mouth and nose it was beyond overwhelming stinking feet smell the clerk brought a bottle of spray. One of the beds had stench emanating from it

The location is great and everyone was so kind! The bed was very comfortable!

I didn’t like how the front doors lock after 11:00 and you have to use the side doors after that, also didn’t have any shampoo in the bathroom but those aren’t big deals! I would also suggest cleaning the windows and window seals they were dirty.

The hotel is pretty rundown. The exterior looks shabby, HUGE potholes in the parking lot!!
The women at the front desk was rude and constantly gone when i came to the desk for anything. That employee in particular kept going out to sit in her car to smoke. On my second day I asked at the desk for another decaf coffee pod for the coffee maker in my room and she said, without even looking, "I don't have any but there is always coffee in the lobby. But that's NOT decafe !! Also, I didn't feel particularly safe in the area the hotel was located.

As always the room was clean and well made up. Everything we needed was available to us.
Negatives:
The hotels new policy on not letting locals stay more than 3 consecutive nights is absolutely ludicrous. The staff were very rude in enforcing this newly adopted policy as well. I do not recommend staying here for business. I wont be returning.

The place felt run down. Big hole in carpet outside my room door. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Hinges in bathroom door were rusty. The elevator was all banged up.
