I googled hotels with pools & this was one of the top choices it gave. So I jumped on getting the room to discover once we got there it was under redivisions & couldnt be used I was so sad my little big & I were excited to go swimming he was really upset

Clean comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Very safe.
Negatives:
Pool is out of service and that was part of the reason we booked this hotel. Nothing on booking said it was unavailable. Only other complaint is the shower head in our room needed replace it was just one thick straight down stream. We made it work.

Good location. Easy to find. Quite place. Plenty of parking. Near by restaurants and gas stations. Quick check in. Quick check out.

Towels were stained and frayed edges, bed covers have stains, toilet was loose wiggle when sat on or getting off, carpet had stains, bathroom door knob is loose, parking lot was not salted hell of a time walking to door..

The room next door was having a domestic dispute, the man as throwing things at the wall directly next to our room. I told the front desk, I was about to call the police my self but the front desk assured me he talked to them and they would be quite. They continued to fight loudly and were told by mgmt to be quite.
Right outside the window of my room clearly visible were people doing drugs.
We need the room because we were traveling and unexpectedly needed to submit paperwork. We specifically pick a place that advertised a computer for guest use in the lobby. I called ahead to confirm that they had one. The computer was barely usable. There was some question to if they were going to be able to log in at all but they managed to get on the internet.

I always stay here when I come to Eau Claire, because it is near the Greyhound bus.
Positives:
The worst management staff I ever encountered. Rude, Condescending. Charged a $100 deposit and then never returned it. The card keys wouldn't let me in the room and when I asked at front desk he said nothing wrong with keys ,you just don't know how to use

Staff, the room, very creepy cleaning/ front desk worker went through all are luggage while we were out. Most uncomfortable place ever.
