The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, & accommodating when I requested to have our room moved to a cleaner, fresher smelling, & quieter location of the hotel.
Negatives:
About 1/4 of the hotel is used as low income housing. Some VERY sketchy people hanging in & around the hotel (smoking weed by entrance, etc.) & hanging out & boisterous in hallway, just outside our room door at 11:30pm. Its a hotel not a frat party.

And from check in to check out everything was awesome. Outside of the building was great looking very nice. The room was very nice and clean and very quiet and the breakfast was awesome. Everything was great definitely a 10 star.

It was dirt had had to change rooms twice because of dirty sheets. Not a very clean place to stay will never stay there again. We were so unhappy with service and cleanness We were charged over 5.00.00 dollars to Stat in a filthy hotel. ITS A SHAME

The location wasnt terrible for Oktoberfest. We were able to get to where we needed to be within 10 min or so.

When we arrived there was stains on the comforters and on the chair. Our ac worked for about 3 hours before shutting off and not turning back on.
