Poor first appearance at front desk. Bathroom was dirty. Booked in advance with a credit card. First place Ive ever been where after checking in they asked for a $40.00 cash deposit and didnt way to give me a receipt for it.

It wasnt clean and it smelled and it had roaches in my room and I wasnt offer a discount or my money bck they put me in another room the tv didnt work I didnt sleep due to the fact of the roaches and I paid 161 I shouldnt have had roaches or no discomfort

It was run down damaged furniture and fixtures my doorframe was broken in places where the door had been kicked in. It makes you uneasy to have a cheap wooden door thats been broken multiple times stained carpets and dingy furniture over all very sketchy and worrying especially for people traveling alone

Staff was not pleasant. Pushy and rude. Say pet friendly and do not charge you for a service dog but add a 15.00 cleaning fee. Trust me a service animal is cleaner than most humans

We stayed 3 nights and not one time did they come to clean our room and no one left us clean towels for the second day or the third day. No more toilet paper was left. We took one shower because we had no more towels. We shouldn't have to ask for towels. We shouldn't have to ask to have our room cleaned. The hot tub was closed, the pool was closed. I think we need a portion of our money back. This was the worse hotel we've ever stayed in

The property is disgusting, smells like an ashtray room was not clean. Dead bugs in blankets and cigarette burns. And you had a lot questionable individuals hanging around in the parking lot made it very uncomfortable for a solo female traveler coming in and out of the hotel. Will never be back.

When I walked into the lobby there was a very powerful oder that almost made me walk back out the door...the hotel really looked very dirty and worn down..there was broken stoves and refrigerators in the lobby and front patio the attendants were very rud
