Only one desk rep was nice helpful and respectful she was on 3rd shift

The rooms was dirty sink or tub didnt work I had to move rooms 3 times before I got a chance to be comfortable

Was quite must of them time. Housekeeping was easy to deal with.

Holes in the bathroom door, and some on the walls. The carpet had dirt and had a strip that didnt even have a piece of carpet. Staff at the front desk couldn't give extra towel or even a clean one. Said they didn't have access to them. The outside door didn't have a handle on it, reported it to the front desk. At never got fixed and the door was open it all times. For it Being a king size room that could sleep up to four there was only enough towels for two people. Some of the outlets in the room didn't even work.
