We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Special thanks to the breakfast attendant, she was lovely and took great care of everyone. We’ll definitely return!

The room seemed very new and clean and was also very spacious. It had a small refrigerator and a small ironing board and iron but no microwave or coffee maker. There was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. There was no swimming pool but there was a pool table in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was a very short drive off of the interstate. It was about a five minute drive to a very nice shopping area and many restaurants. There weren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance.
Negatives:
We could hear the people on the floor above us walking around and they were pushing something with wheels, maybe the desk chair, back and forth. We did not complain about it. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was very hard to squeeze with one hand to dispense the soap into the other hand. It was difficult for someone with arthritis or for children to use. The staff said they had little soap containers at the desk we could have requested, and they are considering replacing the dispensers with a different type. The electric window shade did not close completely. It left about a foot of the window uncovered from the HVAC unit up. We did not complain but let the staff know when we checked out. We had to request a shower curtain. It was promptly installed by the staff.

Well I went to a funeral the day before thanksgiving our flight was delayed the airline changed our destination I tried to get credit with booking they told me to call the hotel no one helped me resolve the issue they blamed each other..
