The shower was dingy with terrible water pressure and a drain that kept closing. The carpet in room was full of stains.

I reserved a jaccizi room. Wasn't til I arrived that I learned they do not allow pets in those rooms. This should have been information given when I went through your sight. This is the 2nd time.

I wish the swimming pool was a little warmer then jumping in the creek. My little boy loves pools but it was even to cold for me (probably explains no one swimming at the time). And the bath tub was really slippery all most slipped and fell twice

It was pretty nice hotel.
Positives:
Very friendly receptionist when we checked-in. Comfy bed and room.
Negatives:
Not really a big deal but there was no microwave in the breakfast room yet they had items that needed microwaving. The receptionist offered to go and heat it up but she seemed a bit over-worked as it was (covering the front desk next door and keeping the breakfast items stocked/cleaning the breakfast room etc. at the same time). I took my oatmeal up to my room to heat it up instead.
