1. Advertising Services
These Terms apply to all advertising products and promotional opportunities offered by TripsWithPets.com. The advertising purchased, pricing, duration, and placement are those selected during the purchase process or otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Advertising Content
Advertiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all advertising content.
At the Advertiser's request, TripsWithPets.com may obtain logos, images, descriptions, or other publicly available materials from the Advertiser's website or other authorized sources for use in the advertisement.
TripsWithPets.com may make minor formatting or layout changes as needed. Advertisers are encouraged to review their advertisement after publication and notify us of any requested corrections.
3. Payment & Refunds
Advertising fees are due as specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All advertising purchases are non-refundable.
4. Advertising Standards
TripsWithPets.com reserves the right to reject, edit, suspend, or remove any advertisement that contains inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content or that is inconsistent with our advertising standards.
5. Ownership of Materials
The Advertiser retains ownership of its logos, trademarks, photographs, and other submitted materials and grants TripsWithPets.com permission to use those materials solely for the purchased advertising.
6. Advertising Results
TripsWithPets.com does not guarantee any specific advertising results, including website traffic, inquiries, leads, bookings, or sales.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
8. Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box during the purchase process, the Advertiser acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to these Advertising Terms & Conditions.
