The Argo Gold Mine and Mill thoughtflly preserves Colorado's gold mining history for visitors. Set in a former gold mine and mill, this National Historic Site is now a living museum that offers gold and gemstone panning, as well as adventure tours and live demonstrations. While pets aren't allowed on the tours, they are allowed n the grounds, provided they are leashd, well-behaved and under your control at all times.
