Once an inspiring retreat for painter J. Alden Weir and his friends, the Weir Farm National Historic Site is 60 acres of rolling hills, fields, and historic buildings just waiting to be explored. Pets are welcome to explore the grounds with you, provided they are leashed (with a leash no longe than 6 feet), friendly, and well-controlled. They are unfortunately not allowed in any museum buildings.
