Situated in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Lincoln's Tomb State Historic Site is a 117-foot granite spire that marks the final resting place of President Lincoln, his wife, and three of his sons. This somber and thoughtful memorial is worth the visit, and you can bring along a furry companion to see it. While dogs can't come into the monument, they can tour the outside grounds. Just make sure they are leashed and under your control at all times. And please, be courteous and pick up after them.
