Grinter Place State Historic Site

Grinter State Historic Site features the oldest home in Wyandotte County, and allows visitors to take a step back in time to life in the mid 19th-century. Furry friends are allowed to accompany you to the site. They can't go into any of the buildings, but the the site is surrounded by scenic woodlands, so there is plenty to see and do together on the grounds. Just make sure your pet is leashed and under your control throughout your visit.
