The construction of Upper St Anthony Falls Lock and Dame made traveling north of the falls on the Mississippi possible. Seeing the dam is fascinating, however, there are plenty of green areas and trails to explore as well. Your friednly, well-mannered dog is welcome to join you on your adventure. Pets are allowed on the the byways, trails and green areas, but they aren't allowed in buildings. You pet must be on his leash, under your control, and picked up after throughout your visit.
