Pipestone National Monument

Available during summer months, Pipestone National Monument offers visitors a look into the history and tradition of making pipes from pipestone. Take a self-guided tour Circle Trail, and visit the seasonal interpretive center. Bring your friendly and well-mannered dog along to explore -- he can roam the park with you, but isn't allowed in any buildings. Your pet must be leashed, under your control, and picked up after.
