Negatives: Worst experience ever! No one at the front desk when we arrived. Took 30 minutes for someone to come down to the front desk to check us in and give us our room key. I have asthma. I booked a non-smoking room, given a room clearly smoked in. Found ash in the side table drawer by the bed. Gross! Woke up at 4am to 4 cop cars outside because people were apparently fighting. Would never stay at this so called hotel ever again. Do better!
