Had an issue with the key card reader on my room door in the morning, but the front desk staff immediately tried to f8nd a solution when re-setting the key card didn't work. Managed to get me back into my room in time for me to get to work on time.

I booked this hotel over a month in advance of my trip. I booked one room with two beds. When I show up, the room has one king size bed. Call down to the desk and the staff say there is nothing they can do because the hotel is booked. T.V. did not work.

Incredibly clean, looks like it was recently remodeled. Beds very comfortable, linens looked new. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Quiet area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Safe area.
