Never saw a room so very dirty and the bathroom like they never ever cleaned the room did not even take a shower before leaving tub was so disgusting leather chair in the room was like someone jump on it with muddy shoes

I asked for a handicap room for my mother who lost use of her legs, the bed was not for handicap and the bathroom wasn't either, it was a terrible night.

As soon as you walk inside there is a damp musty smell like it has been wet and not dried out well. The room was not properly cleaned. I am not one to complain to the front desk, as they are simply there to check us in, not to maintain the hotel.

The light didnt work in the bathroom, the lamp didnt work, and the fridge barely worked. The freezer part didnt work at all. The shower head was broke.
