Location facility was nice and clean

Desk clerk very loud. We had our room about mid hall on first floor and we could hear her and another customer talking and laughing all the way down the hall. Very annoying at 8am.

The double beds were like two pullout couches. The faucet in the tub was broken. There was long black hair in multiple places in the restroom. The window coverings had holes letting light in.

Our room had a bad odor. The fan feel out of the wall in the bathroom. Never sent anyone to fix. Strange entry way. Hard to enter elevator with luggage. NO breakfast just coffee.

Everything. DISGUSTING dirty room, smell of hotel including the room was nasty. Staff was very rude from check in and when I complained about the dirtiness and requesting a clean. Old hotel. We had to checkout early since room was not cleaned. Hair was all over the bathroom walls, bugs were crawling around the bathroom. The tables inside the room had crusted food and never was cleaned after informing the hotel staff.
