Front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept.

The room was dirty, paint peeling, dusty. There was a smoke detector beeping all night just outside the door, was told there is no maintenance on weekends. No smoking campus...people were smoking at the pool. For an expensive room, very dissappointing.

We arrived at 7 p.m. with a two-night reservation only to be told that no rooms remained. The clerk was unhelpful and took no responsibility or expressed regret. She said they were short of cleaners and weren't able to prepare all the rooms for guests.

The room I booked was not available. The room had empty corona bottles under the bed. Soda spilled in the fridge. The floor was visibly dirty and had crunchy hard spots. fridge/freezer was leaking and the floor around it was wet. dirty sock under table.

Parking problem. We had a trailer we were towing. It was unsettling to have to park it on the street. Another guest had a large U-Haul truck parked and took up almost 3 spots, meant for handicapped.

I had a handicap accessible room . On my 3rd night there was an issue with the plumbing that couldnt be resolved that night. I was moved to a room that wasnt accessible, and the sink wouldnt drain. The plumber was there until 10:30PM. I was given a $20

The price, first of all. The convenience to my Dr's office, restaurants, friends homes. We liked that we could get breakfast and it was just what we needed.

The front desk clerk was not friendly or welcoming. She isnt someone that should be working with customers. The hotel is very dated. The elevator was dirty when we checked in and the same garbage was in it when we checked out. The tv didnt work and kept going out. The microwave looked to be from the 90s. The hallway smelled of urine. If you prepay you are charged $150 deposit that takes 3-5 days to be returned after it posts to your account. The breakfast shouldnt even be advertised as free breakfast. They have hot waffles.
