Hotel very dirty and ran down. Outside doirs broken so left open 24hrs. Did not feel safe location. And once I checked was charged $150 deposit. I feel this should hVe been said upfront. I was traveling for a funeral. Hotel made even sadder.

The check-in area was adequate, but in a need for an update.
Negatives:
The bathroom had mold above the shower & on the bottom of the sink cabinet next to the toilet where the wood was exposed. There were stains on the curtains, the carpet was absolutely filthy & the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Positives:
Beds were very comfortable & it was quiet, so we slept well. Air conditioning worked just right. The room had a kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, sink,& dishwasher full of clean dishes & also cabinets for storage. Was told it was for people who needed to stay longer. It was nice to have real dishes to eat on, & a sink to wash them in.
Negatives:
No breakfast, old recliner chair in room with torn plastic coating in several places--didn't sit on it.

Could not check in upon arrival... was told by the staff that it would be at least a 2 hour wait for a room to be cleaned, other families were already waiting in the lobby for their rooms... we made reservations elsewhere

Staff wasnt friendly. Skillet was disgusting. Bathroom floor in the corners were dirty. Bed spread had a hole in it. Didnt feel safe in the neighborhood.
