Location was what I needed when I booked this place, that was main priority was to be close by where we were going to be that weekend.

The shower had hair all over and used soap, the beds were not clean and had recent stains and hair all over the sheets, there was crumbs on the floor like it wasn’t vacuumed, and dead bugs in the kitchen.

Could not tell you I'm sure they are all very nice and helpful but I never got to stay because they told me over the phone that I would be ok with a picture of my ID because my wallet got stolen when I finally arrived the gentleman( not the person I talked to on the phone) said no he can't do that. So frustrating I had to drive all the way back across town and stay at some crap motel on beach Blvd.
Negatives:
The fact that nobody knows what they can and can't do. Or the fact that the guy could have gone one step above his pay grade for 5 seconds and called a manager or seen if he could have helped me in some way. Customer service I would say if I was a hot chick he would have done it or if I was some dude in a suit. Well sorry not everyone has it like that. And I was born a man.

I have booked here because it's close to family and they allow pets.
Negatives:
Check in could be easier. Staff is not always available if you have a request or a question. The pet fees. Telephone isn't by the bed but in the dining area- one of the guests was in early morning /late night fight that woke us up and scared my grandchildren. We couldn't find the phone to call the desk, when we did no one answered.
