The maids were so sweet here.
Negatives:
Ads state continental breakfast offered, but not in the last 3 yrs, the pool isn't usable, the wifi was off more than it was on, our TV was green and lined on everything we tried to watch, they charge $ 20 per animal daily on top of the daily rate if you travel with a dog or cat. We had to bring in extra furniture for storage of food, the shower head didn't work and we ran out of hot water daily and had to wait for it til either late at night or first thing in the dawn. Not to mention the ongoing roaches in our room.
The staff and family running the business are nice but needs better care.

The worst stay I've experienced and do not wish it on any body. Super nasty rooms, horrible and unfriendly service by staff, and never answered their phone at all. I can't believe these people get service and are able to operate and keep their business open. You don't want to stay here, and I'm not a picky person, but this the worst.

I have pictures or the moldy ceilings throughout, brown stained sides of mattresses, broken doors, dirty towels that also smelled like perfume.... I hated everything! The service is beyond unfriendly
