Positives: The location of this hotel was very convenient. Its near by a coffee shop, gas station, and a diner, just to point out a few. The staff was very friendly, and the location premises seemed safe.

Negatives: Overall experience was great, only a couple things I would have wanted differently. The first, our door to our restroom wasnt leveled, so it made an awful noise each time we opened it after a full closure. The second, we never received room service.

Negatives: The checkout staff was rude and snotty at c and argued over over charging and then called back 1/2 hour later to admit the error, not my first encounter with her , I think her name was Natalie at the Morgan Hill location. I love this hotel, but not her and she was rude to the guest before me!
