Positives:
I paid for a hotel room with the kitchen but upon arriving I was told that I needed to pay more for that room. I was told that the reservation I paid for could not be accommodated. This was very disappointing to hear.
Negatives:
The hotel attendant when I arrived was disrespectful and needs. Further training with people skills.
Positives:
The bed was comfortable, linen clean and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great, the ambience was good and had variety of foods to choose from. Loved the fireplace.
Negatives:
The front office was not well lit.Need to spruce up the front office to make it more welcoming. Our room had a strange odour.Dull carpeting in the room.I wish they would do away with the carpeting in the room.

Not a great deal they gave you free drinks for the bar.

Lots of noise through the rooms etc. Room was very small. Over priced for what it is!

Exceptional
Positives:
Best hotel in SF. Unpretentious vibe and very clean. Room is a little older in terms of style but very spacious and also well looked after. The bed is very large and feels very new - similar story with the pillows. The location is great: short walk to the shopping centre and also several supermarkets/pharmacies. They have a microwave in the lobby as well as a fridge in the room. The breakfast buffet is spectacular: excellent variety of food and everything is nice and fresh! Highly recommend this hotel.

Great value and super clean
Positives:
Good location and friendly + helpful staff. They helped us find a taxi to the airport when our uber reservation failed to come.
Building is old but room was clean.
Negatives:
Our room was on the side of the street so it was very noisy at night. I was not able to sleep well with all the car and siren noises.

Great location. Spacious clean rooms. Lovely and very friendly staff. Breakfast was nice, but missed veggies.

Hotel is little out of date, but it was clean. Real vintage. Our corner room was little noisy during the nights, witch was bit disturbing for us. We are not used to noisy neighbourhoods.

Location was really good, in a great area, very safe. Breakfast was amazing, with a good American breakfast, cereal, fruit, bread, everything! Staff is very friendly.
Negatives:
Wi-Fi was terrible in our room, the connection was very unstable so we couldnt count on it. Luckily I had a prepaid SIM card with internet.
