Great location within a 2min walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
The staff were always friendly and were very helpful with storing our luggage when we went for an overnight trip to Yosemite.
The free happy hour every evening (5-6pm) was a lovely bonus.
Great rooms - clean, big, comfortable beds and pillows.
We stayed here during a California trip from LA to SF and this was by far better than a Hilton and Marriott we stayed in on the trip. Would definitely come back and absolutely recommend!

Exceptional service - the people working there are so nice and accommodating! The rooms are beautiful, look just like they do in the pictures. Beds super comfy. Everything was squeaky clean. We enjoyed the location and felt very safe at all times.

Breakfast has a many options on the menu. Excellent service both at the restaurant and front desk. The Hotel is located in an excellent location right near the pier and beautiful choices of restaurants around. This is our 2nd time at the Hotel in 2 years.
Everything was excellent. The front desk does a great job in making sure guest are comfortable and very accommodating.
