Positives:
Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Good location for convention centre and 16th street mall etc.
Negatives:
Some staff were great. But one or two not so helpful. Fire alarm went off at 5 am and we had to evacuate the building but staff did not say what was going on and did little to reassure or communicate with customers. Breakfast was expensive and slow and staff seemed to have forgotten my order.

The location was in the heart of the city. Close to everything. I had an amazing view of the city from my room. Will be booking again.

Positives:
The room was a bit small, but I really like the layout. Location is fantastic. The aesthetics of the lobby was nice. Great place to grab a quick drink and snack from the bar.
Negatives:
Some vending machines would have been nice. I was already in pajamas when I was made aware of the store. I really didn't want to get redressed to go down for a soda.
