Positives: There was some struggles checking in due to weather knocking out the Wi-Fi and the night staff was super helpful with figuring things out. Check out was also incredibly easy.

Negatives: I was asked to leave because I stood up to two workers. They used the zero tolerance, and stated harassment, when they were the ones calling me. I told someone that they were being unprofessional, I'm hanging up.She said if I hung up,I'd be locked out.

Positives: The location was perfect for the concert! The room was cozy and clean. We loved the pool. The kitchen was convenient and had a full sized fridge and freezer. Customer service was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: My only issue was there was only one pan to cook with and no bakeware. The body was container was empty. There wasn't any sugar for coffee in the room. Breakfast was just okay and only went until 9:30.
