Breakfast included. Great parking. Polite staff. Clean room. The price point is the seller. I was really happy with my stay here

Mostly superficial complaints. Ran out of eggs one morning. No hot tub. Pool wasn't open yet, May 1-4 (I get it). Couldn't cast to TV even though the option was there, it wouldn't work for me. I'd like to see a greener/more sustainable approach to the disposable plates, cutlery, cups and soaps used.

The place was great and the staff was really friendly.

Call me paranoid but the doors have noticeable gaps which allow you to peek into the room, I covered my door with a towel to prevent that. Also since the floor lights are always on, there was always light entering the room through these gaps.

The front desk lady was very rude and racist due to my motorcycle helmet having iron crosses on it. It almost didn't work for me at all when she was so rude. The morning desk clearly was so kind it made out stay way worth it

First off I drove 12 hours from Az - Colorado I go to check in at the front desk and my room got switched with some one else’s , had to wait for her to figure it out and go get those people she put in the room I drove all day expecting my room to be ready and this was an inconvenience, second of all I had to go in the office 4 out of the 5 days I stayed there because my keycard kept getting deactivated she had poor customer service and a bad attitude I had the same lady each time I went in and she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there as if I was inconveniencing her. I got nothing but a hassle and an attitude the way she was addressing me was as if I was young and didn’t know any better , I’ve stayed with this hotel before in different states but never again will I go back to this hotel chain.
